This TCPA & SMS Consent Disclosure (the “Disclosure”) explains how Soto Insurance Inc (“Soto,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may send you calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) and the rights you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and related Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) regulations.

1. Consent to Telephone & SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number on autoinsuquotes.com or any related landing page, quiz, or advertisement, you expressly consent, authorize, and agree that:
Soto Insurance Inc and its licensed insurance partners may contact you via telephone calls, SMS, and MMS for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes related to your insurance inquiry or other products or services we believe may be of interest to you.
